Being a Johnny and talking about love is only acceptable if it happened during your childhood years.
Last Mar 25th, A.B.C.-Z‘s Totsuka Shota attended the completion showcase for this first movie, “Koisuru Vampire”, together with the lead actress and his love interest, Kiritani Mirei.
The movie tells the bittersweet love story between a vampire and a human. Kiritani plays a vampire named Kiira who wants to be the best patissier in the world. For his first movie, Totsuka plays the role of Tetsu, Kiira’s childhood friend and first love, who aims to be a musician.
Looking back during the filming, Totsuka comments that since Johnny’s is male society, he felt embarrassed being there and more nervous in being paired with Kiritani. Totsuka also shares a bittersweet story of his childhood love when he decided to transfer a crayfish from an aquarium to a girl’s desk so they can talk. In the end, the girl cried and he got scolded by his teacher.
“Koisuru Vampire” will hit the theaters on Apr 17th and you can check-out the movie’s cute trailer where Totsuka shows-off some of his acrobatic moves, HERE.
