Kimura Takuya’s “I’m Home” starts Strong at 16.7%

TV Asahi‘s “I’m Home” starring SMAP‘s Kimura Takuya premiered last April 16th and it received 16.7% in ratings. Ueto Aya plays Kimura’s heroine and it’s Kimura’s first drama for TV Asahi.

Kimura plays a salaryman with amnesia who is set out to recover his memories using the 10 keys with him.

So far, “I’m Home” gets the highest first episode rating for this year with the drama peaking at 20.4% during its broadcast.

The drama is pitted against Oshima Yuko‘s TBS drama that premiered at 9.0%.
